Booking and Cancelation Policy:

This Policy does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Single-day events and bookings:

Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All sales are considered final and non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend or need to cancel for any other reason after payment is collected, please email TT@Titleist.com to provide notice, and we will seek to facilitate the transfer of your purchase to another individual, with the aim of providing a refund to you, less a 5% processing fee. In the event that we are unable to facilitate such transfer, no refund will be provided. 

Multi-day events and bookings:

Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event you have questions or need to cancel, please email TT@Titleist.com to provide notice. If notice of your cancelation is provided on or before [CUT OFF DATE], you will be provided a full refund, less a 5% processing fee. After [CUT OFF DATE], all sales will be considered final and non-refundable. In the event that you seek to cancel after [CUT OFF DATE], we may seek to facilitate the transfer of your purchase to another individual, with the aim of providing you a full refund, less a 5% processing fee. In the event that we are unable to facilitate such transfer, no refund will be provided.
